We love Cinderella-type stories where a pauper becomes a prince because deep down inside it causes us to realize that we were made for something more. Too many people live to survive the world, but we were created for much more because we are made in the image of God with the potential to live above the world through the work of Jesus on the cross. The Greek word for abundant means “something above the ordinary.” We can have an extraordinary existence here and in the hereafter.
Seek the abundant life. Receive it through Jesus. Do not settle for less. The Christian life is the best you can have and the rewards are out of this world!
