In a section of the Gospel of Luke known as "The Luke Travel Narrative," Jesus "set his face to go to Jerusalem" where He would suffer and die, but on the way, He shared the message of his kingdom with social outsiders and challenged the religious leaders, and in the process, He explained what it means to be a disciple.
